Remote Data Analyst - Transform Insights into Action

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns.
• Create compelling visualizations in Power BI and Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools that provide insights into business performance.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct data hygiene and processing to maintain high-quality datasets.
• Participate in forecasting models and ETL processes to enhance data accuracy.
• Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with data governance and compliance, particularly GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure and ETL processes is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience in content creation and customer service.
• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with coding and data processing techniques.
