What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and payments ecosystem.
• Manage complex B2B deals with long sales cycles, ensuring successful closure.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on the client side to drive results.
• Work against clear KPIs aligned with market entry and growth objectives.
• Utilize your professional network to enhance business development efforts.
• Provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total professional experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in the online payments or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of payment products, processes, and typical client pain points.
• Proven ability to independently identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Experience managing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles (2+ months).
• Results-driven mindset with experience working against clear KPIs.
