About the Role

We're looking for a Remote B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Goodwork. What You'll Do

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and content.
• Manage client-facing social media accounts and optimize paid ad performance.
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring campaigns to life, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Analyze campaign metrics and iterate quickly based on performance data.
• Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns, from planning through launch.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing roles, such as B2B Marketing Manager or Growth Marketer.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, including long sales cycles and relationship-driven decisions.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of making technical topics accessible.
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, MailChimp, and Google Analytics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the clean energy or technical industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and ClickUp.
• Strong copywriting skills for drafting ad copy and social media content.
