Remote Audit Accountant - Staff, Senior, Manager Positions

We are seeking talented Remote Audit Accountants at various levels – Staff, Senior, and Manager – to join our dynamic team at The Salters Group. As a Remote Audit Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing audit, assurance, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. What You'll Do

• For Staff: Assist with audit fieldwork and testing, including cash, revenue, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and more.
• Prepare workpapers and support audit documentation while learning engagement processes and client communication.
• For Senior: Lead audits from planning through completion, review staff workpapers, and coach junior team members.
• Handle more complex areas and engage in client-facing communication.
• For Manager: Manage a portfolio of audit clients, oversee multiple engagements, and drive audit strategy.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure quality control throughout the audit process.
• Build and develop your team while strengthening client relationships.

Requirements

• Manager: CPA required with recent public accounting audit experience.
• Staff/Senior: Public accounting audit experience preferred, CPA is a plus.
