Remote Associate Solution Consultant - SaaS Implementation

About the Role

RainFocus is seeking a talented Remote Associate Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving post-sale client implementations and ensuring our clients achieve success with our innovative software solutions. As a member of the Client Success organization, you will work closely with Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert in the RainFocus platform, ensuring clients are well-trained and informed about the tools and processes.
• Configure the RainFocus platform to meet client needs and facilitate successful implementations.
• Analyze client requirements and provide strategic solutions that align with their business goals.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans to maintain clear communication with project managers and clients.
• Engage in regular communication with internal teams and clients to provide updates on project milestones and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Less than 3 years of software implementation experience, particularly in SaaS environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON is preferred.

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients.
• Proven track record in delivering innovative solutions and creating efficiencies through process design.
• Ability to gather and document complex requirements and configurations.
