Junior Marketplace Performance Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join us as a Junior Marketplace Performance Manager in a remote capacity, where you'll be a vital part of our team at Freenow. You'll gain invaluable experience managing multi-million euro budgets and optimizing unit economics while working closely with senior leaders.

What You'll Do

• Report to the Head of Marketplace Performance, focusing on executing and monitoring growth and efficiency tactics.
• Collaborate with the Marketplace Performance Team and Local Markets to monitor marketplace health daily, weekly, and monthly, identifying critical issues and flagging risks early.
• Support the implementation of weekly investment strategies for rider and driver incentives, ensuring campaigns are correctly targeted and aligned with live actions.
• Analyze weekly marketplace performance, adjusting setups and actions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assist in running A/B tests and pilot programs for new pricing and incentive features, gathering data and documenting insights.
• Work with Local Operations teams to adapt global strategies to local nuances, bridging data-driven planning with on-the-ground realities.
• Challenge existing processes and identify improvements to enhance the efficiency and impact of the Marketplace Performance Team.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in analytical roles, with internships in high-growth startups or consulting being a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience in Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and investment decisions.
• Innovative mindset focused on improving processes and performance.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to drive decision-making across multiple markets and stakeholders.
