You will play a vital role in our Customer Success and Onboarding team, helping to introduce children and their parents to the fascinating world of coding. What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Onboard new children and their parents into our Game Dev clubs, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Assist children with common pre-session tech issues to get them ready for their coding adventures.
• Manage the online platform, responding to messages from children and ensuring a positive experience.
• Run live online clubs when needed, making learning fun and engaging.

Requirements

• Super friendly and approachable personality.
• Passionate about technology and education.
• Strong communication skills to make learning enjoyable.
• Reliable and professional in all interactions.
• Basic IT literacy and confidence around children.

Nice to Have

• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
