What You'll Do

• Enhance company awareness and profitability through effective sales promotion activities.
• Engage and manage relationships with opticians, ophthalmic pediatrics, and school nurses.
• Coordinate with country managers to implement myopia initiatives across regions.
• Support key account managers in executing myopia-related activities.
• Establish and foster customer relations at regional and national levels.
• Transform customer feedback into actionable market insights.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and internal guidelines.
• Maintain medical and commercial knowledge relevant to myopia management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management within the pharmaceutical or ophthalmology industry.
• Experience managing myopia-related activities or similar healthcare programs is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship management skills with healthcare professionals.
• In-depth understanding of myopia management practices and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in ophthalmology or optometry are a plus.
