About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Remote Accelerator Design & Development Manager to join our team at InStride. As a Remote Accelerator Design & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in redefining how employers develop talent through applied, university-quality learning that drives measurable business impact. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of our Capability Accelerators, ensuring they align with both employee career goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leading universities and employers to co-develop programs that build essential skills for performance and productivity.
  • Drive the implementation of AI skilling initiatives that respond to the growing demand for practical AI capabilities across the workforce.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our partners.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in educational program design or development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in workforce development.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with public benefit corporations or in the EdTech industry.
  • Familiarity with cohort-based learning models.
  • Advanced degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
