Regional People & Culture Business Partner - Remote
About the Role
We're hiring a Regional People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Appspace. As a vital member of our Global People & Culture (P&C) Leadership Team, you will serve as the dedicated P&C advisor for the Americas region. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape people strategy and drive talent excellence across the US and Canada while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional people leaders, translating business objectives into actionable people strategies.
- Provide performance management guidance, coaching, and career pathing to enhance team productivity and growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business units and operations to ensure P&C initiatives align with departmental goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Internal Communications & Engagement to ensure local execution aligns with regional strategy.
- Guide leaders in improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing retention.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, learning and development, and engagement initiatives.
- Resolve complex team member relations issues through thorough investigations.
- Partner with the Director of Global P&C Operations to meet regional benefits and compliance needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years as a Business Partner.
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably SaaS.
- Strong understanding of employment laws across the US and Canada.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
