About the Role

Join our team as a Growth Manager for an innovative AI photo app redefining real beauty for millions. This Growth Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to scale our growth globally, shaping creative strategies and building campaigns that reach millions every month.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end campaign execution, planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.
• Drive creative testing by collaborating closely with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts, test new hypotheses, and scale top-performing ideas.
• Analyze data to build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams to understand user behavior and drive meaningful growth strategies.
• Innovate fearlessly by experimenting with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas.
• Build global partnerships with ad platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) and external agencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media, ideally in mobile apps or consumer tech.
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset: confident using data to guide creative and budget decisions.
• Creative curiosity: a passion for testing new ideas and discovering what resonates with audiences.
• Collaborative energy: a great communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
• Optimization and AI curiosity: a continuous drive to improve efficiency and a strong interest in adopting AI tools.
• Fluent in English.
