Real Estate Asset Management Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Asset Management Intern to join our team at AXA. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to support various aspects of real estate asset management, including developing and implementing real estate strategies. As a Real Estate Asset Management Intern, you will gain valuable experience while contributing to our sustainability initiatives and business development efforts.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and implementation of real estate strategies.
• Prepare and monitor budgets including Capex and Opex.
• Conduct cash flow analyses to support financial decision-making.
• Perform market and tenant research to inform investment strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate key performance indicators for benchmarks, including ESG reporting.
• Support business development initiatives and create cross-portfolio analyses.
• Prepare internal and external templates and presentations for decision-making bodies.
• Contribute to the execution of sustainability strategies and related projects.
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ongoing commercial studies with a focus on real estate management, general business studies with a qualification in real estate, or a scientific background with an interest in real estate and sustainability.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in real estate or asset management.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in real estate.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
