• Lead the migration to a production-grade, secure, and scalable AWS environment.
• Champion a zero-trust security model and implement best-in-class cybersecurity practices.
• Enable self-service capabilities for developers and streamline platform operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful ML/AI solutions in production.
• Utilize modern DevOps practices to enhance our cloud platform's performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering impactful ML/AI solutions in production.
• Deep expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic AI, and automated testing for AI systems.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for clear, concise documentation.
• Curiosity and creativity to challenge assumptions and explore new approaches.
