RAN Integration Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented RAN Integration Engineer to join our team remotely. As a RAN Integration Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in integrating, commissioning, and troubleshooting Ericsson RAN equipment for wireless network deployments. What You'll Do

• Integrate Ericsson RAN equipment including BBU and radios for wireless network deployments.
• Perform hardware swaps, call testing, NTP configurations, and site acceptance procedures.
• Analyze alarms, logs, and KPIs to identify and resolve network issues effectively.
• Coordinate integration activities with field teams and customers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support software upgrades, license management, and configuration changes on Ericsson platforms.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all integration activities and site configurations.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize Ericsson tools such as ENM, CLI, SHM, and SecureCRT for integration and troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in RAN integration, preferably with Ericsson equipment and Verizon network.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G RAN technologies, physical connections, and end-to-end site integration.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Flexibility to adjust to varying project requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with network design layouts and site survey reports.
• Familiarity with integration checklists and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of additional telecommunications technologies.
