What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests (UI, E2E, functional, and integration) across various platforms including Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, and WSL.
• Expand test coverage for new and existing functionalities while monitoring automated test execution results.
• Debug and troubleshoot test failures, identifying product issues versus infrastructure-related issues.
• Optimize test execution time and reliability, contributing to the stability of automation frameworks.
• Report bugs in YouTrack and verify fixes, participating in release quality assessments.
• Collaborate with QA and developers to enhance testability and quality improvements.
• Define and track quality metrics, identifying gaps in test coverage and proposing solutions.
• Share knowledge about automation best practices with team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in test automation with solid programming skills in Kotlin or Java.
• Familiarity with test frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
• Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity.
• Version control experience using Git.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing developer tools, IDEs, and desktop applications.
• Experience in performance testing and manual testing.
