Project Designer - Interior Design & Architecture

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Project Designer remote to join our award-winning design and strategy studio, Rapt. As a Project Designer, you will work on a variety of projects that blend architecture and interior design, contributing to our mission of helping leading brands navigate complex challenges. Our studio is built on collaboration, and we believe that the best work happens shoulder-to-shoulder. While we value flexibility, this role requires candidates to be local to one of our studios and available onsite regularly.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple projects from concept design through construction, ensuring a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams that include architecture, graphic design, and brand experience.
• Develop construction documents and manage the process with furniture vendors.
• Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to create innovative designs.
• Engage in client relations and consultant coordination to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4-8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to develop construction documents and manage project budgets.
• State licensure or pursuit of licensure is encouraged.

Nice to Have

• Experience in 3D visualization and graphic design.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
