About the Role

As a Project Designer, you will work on multiple projects of varying types and scales while maintaining a keen eye for both design and detail. This role is pivotal in our creative process, allowing you to grow quickly and contribute significantly to our output.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic design solutions.
• Manage projects from concept design through to construction, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to create detailed designs and construction documents.
• Coordinate with furniture vendors and manage the delivery process.
• Engage in client relations and consultant coordination to ensure project success.
• Participate in workshops and model reviews to foster team collaboration and innovation.
• Seek mentorship and actively pursue professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4-8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop construction documents and manage project budgets.
• State licensure or pursuit of licensure is encouraged.
