Programme Advisor - Remote Position for BSBI (French Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a Programme Advisor - Remote to join our dynamic team at BSBI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our educational programs to potential students, guiding them through the entire application process. As a Programme Advisor, you will work independently, managing your own schedule while striving to meet targets and objectives.

What You'll Do

• Provide tailored advice to prospective students, adapting to various communication styles.
• Guide students through the full application process, from initial inquiry to finalizing their enrollment.
• Advise international students on visa and immigration issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Handle student inquiries regarding different programs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage student applications from initial contact to payment of tuition fees.
• Utilize technology to maintain accurate records and manage the leads pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and achieve set targets.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English (C1) and French (C1) with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in B2C sales roles, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for the education sector and a commitment to supporting student success.
