Program Manager - Remote Position for AI Skills Development

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our team at Correlation One. This remote Program Manager position is pivotal in shaping the future of workforce skills for the AI economy. You will manage key aspects of our live, online training programs, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, handling application setup and client communications.
• Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing project timelines and ensuring seamless execution.
• Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program impact.
• Facilitate a successful admissions process, including application setup and monitoring applicant pipelines.
• Manage the instructional contractor screening and hiring processes for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
• Monitor learners’ progress in the course while providing support for instructors and other contractual staff.
• Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of program management experience, preferably in an educational or training environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in managing online training programs is a plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity productively and patiently.
