This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe, aligning with our core EU collaboration hours. What You’ll Do

• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable, value-based priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering on trade-offs, dependencies, and system behavior.
• Own the lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration.
• Surface risks early and drive grounded, data-informed decisions.
• Guide product decisions that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate clearly across asynchronous and real-time channels.
• Be the voice of the customer — understand needs, motivations, and pain points.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Product Ownership experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong agile experience (Scrum / Kanban).
• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across time zones.
• Proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable improvements.
• High ownership and proactive attitude.
• Strategic yet practical approach to problem-solving.
• Data-informed decision-making skills, even in ambiguity.
• Curiosity about emerging tech, AI, and automation.
