About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Good Inside. This role is pivotal in how we bring our innovative parenting solutions to market. As a Product Marketing Manager remote, you will be at the center of our marketing efforts, focusing on two interconnected products: our digital app and our content offerings. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our messaging is clear, compelling, and resonates with parents.

  • Turn Product Into Story: Transform our product roadmap into engaging messaging that illustrates how our features enhance everyday parenting.
  • Launch What We Build: Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and content, crafting narratives that capture attention across all channels.
  • Market Content Like a Product: Position our content offerings strategically, ensuring they are perceived as valuable and transformative.
  • Sharpen the Message: Maintain tight, human-centered messaging that aligns with parent experiences and strengthens our brand differentiation.
  • Connect the Dots: Collaborate with Product, Content, Analytics, and Creative teams to bridge the gap between product development and market presence.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams on feature launches.
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized and proactive approach.
  • Data-informed mindset with a focus on performance.
  • Excitement about building a category-defining consumer brand.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Looker.
  • Background in content-driven or community-driven products.
  • Experience marketing both technology and media/content.
