Product Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS Focus
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager remote to join TechMagic as we launch a product-focused division dedicated to building and scaling B2B SaaS applications. In this foundational role, you will take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including Invoice Generator, MagicCV, and MagicScreen. This is an exciting opportunity to define how product marketing works at TechMagic and to shape the future of our product marketing function.
What You'll Do
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment.
- Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases.
- Own ICP definition, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks.
- Develop and maintain core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page narratives, onboarding flows, and sales enablement materials.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments.
- Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial, activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Be accountable for MRR growth metrics, including conversion rates, churn, and LTV.
- Run fast, structured experiments across pricing and packaging to optimize performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Marketing experience for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C apps, or software platforms).
- Proven ability to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end.
- Strong revenue and funnel mindset, with experience impacting activation, conversion, retention, and MRR.
- Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Sales/SDR teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into growth actions and experiments.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, especially product-led growth (PLG) models.
- Experience with freemium, trial-based, or self-serve SaaS products.
- Experience supporting multiple products or a product portfolio.
