Product Manager - Missile Defense Systems (Remote)

About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a talented Product Manager - Missile Defense Systems (Remote) to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering features and services critical to the next generation of air and missile defense systems. As a Product Manager, you will develop domain expertise and perform thorough discovery to devise innovative defense capabilities ready to meet unprecedented defense needs. What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for key missile defense backend services and user interface, translating high-level strategic objectives and urgent warfighter needs into detailed, actionable product roadmaps and specifications.
• Proactively communicate roadmaps and goals to stakeholders and manage expectations of delivery.
• Work hands-on to deliver new capabilities across the lifecycle of the product, from initial release and onboarding, through day-to-day improvements.
• Define and monitor key metrics to measure success.
• Interview and iterate with defense operators and subject matter experts, developing insights from such interactions.
• Build tech alongside prolific engineers and designers, and then collaborate with business development, operations, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to ensure success.
• Partner closely with test engineers and program teams to devise rigorous testing scenarios that validate key functionality.

Requirements

• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• 3-5 years in software product development, ideally in highly technical areas including AI/ML products.
• A deep understanding of back-end web technologies & distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams to do their best work.
• Ability to travel for discovery and testing purposes (surges up to 50%).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with defense, national security, or aerospace domains through experience or education.
• Experience working in a developer-focused product team.
• Demonstrated interest in code generation technologies.
