Marketing Automation Manager - Remote Opportunity

Join Inspira Financial as a Marketing Automation Manager to drive impactful marketing strategies in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our marketing automation and sales engagement programs, focusing on email outreach and customer lifecycle campaigns. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the content strategy and optimization of marketing automation and sales engagement programs.
• Drive scalable demand nurturing campaigns with a primary focus on email outreach.
• Serve as the internal expert on marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Outreach.io.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure data-driven engagement throughout the customer funnel.
• Design and optimize multi-touch sequences aligned with marketing campaigns and sales motions.
• Monitor performance metrics such as open rates and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with targeted automation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, preferably in financial or healthcare services.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, specifically Outreach.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycles and campaign attribution.
• Experience with email best practices, A/B testing, and dynamic content.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating marketing automation tools with other platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Certification in marketing automation platforms is a plus.
