Founding Engineer - Multi-Agent Orchestration

About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join our innovative team at Super44, where you will play a crucial role in building a multimodal AI copilot. This Founding Engineer remote position offers a unique opportunity to own core product development from day one, working closely with the founding team to shape the future of our technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of multi-agent orchestration and browser automation systems.
• Ship features rapidly, taking projects from concept to live deployment within the same day.
• Design and implement the backend infrastructure, ensuring robust data pipelines and AI agent coordination.
• Collaborate with a small team to establish the engineering culture, tech stack, and quality standards.
• Engage in problem-solving for complex technical challenges, including bot detection and authentication flows.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in backend engineering.
• Experience building and shipping products end-to-end, preferably in startup environments.
• Proficiency in backend technologies and willingness to work full-stack when necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Genuine interest in relocating to Germany and working in-person with a small team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI technologies and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with browser automation tools and frameworks.
• Previous involvement in early-stage startups or hackathons.
