Data Scientist II - Remote Position at Mondelēz International

About the Role

In this role, you will provide end-to-end specification management support, ensuring compliance with quality standards while leveraging your expertise in data management and analysis. What You'll Do

• Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze technical reports and assess compliance results.
• Plan and implement assigned processes, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop strong working relationships across functions and with suppliers regarding raw material specifications.
• Complete various projects, managing multiple small projects or more complex medium projects simultaneously.
• Archive obsolete specifications and run maintenance and audit programs for specifications.
• Troubleshoot and provide day-to-day user support and training.

Requirements

• Experience in a Food Research & Development environment or working with suppliers.
• Strong organizational agility and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in SAP PLM & SharePoint.
• High skill level in managing large datasets using digital tools.
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Macros in Excel, QuickBase, Tableau, and coding techniques (VBA, Python) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Data Literacy and the ability to present data creatively.
• Knowledge of coding techniques and data management tools.
