Growth Marketer - Inbound Demand Generation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Marketer - Inbound Demand Generation (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Ceros. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving our inbound demand engine and connecting various marketing channels to generate qualified leads. As a key player in our marketing team, you will help ambitious brands create digital experiences that engage users and drive conversions.

What You'll Do

• Set the strategy for generating inbound SQLs, identifying the most effective channels and experiments.
• Design and execute campaigns across paid media, email, and content marketing to drive engagement.
• Optimize website conversion through effective landing pages, CTAs, and A/B testing.
• Identify co-marketing opportunities to extend our reach without increasing budget constraints.
• Build and automate repeatable campaign motions to streamline marketing efforts.
• Run continuous tests to explore new channels and messaging angles, ensuring rapid execution and learning.
• Own the performance dashboard, providing full-funnel visibility from spend to SQL volume and pipeline contribution.
• Report directly to leadership on campaign performance, offering insights on what works and what needs adjustment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of owning pipeline outcomes and driving SQL growth.
• Fluency with AI tools and their application in marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable using GA4, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Ability to design clean tests, analyze results, and implement learnings quickly.
