Product-Focused Full Stack Engineer - AI Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product-Focused Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team at Aurora. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with ex-DeepMind engineers to develop cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be responsible for transforming ambiguous problems into effective systems, taking ownership of features from inception to deployment.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of product ideas and engage in customer conversations, including on-site visits to gather insights.
• Develop full-stack features that address real enterprise pain points, utilizing your expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Work end-to-end on product development, from architecture design to UI implementation, making informed technical trade-offs.
• Build, test, and iterate quickly based on user feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team on impactful projects in 6-week cycles, contributing to the evolution of AI-powered software in the industrial inspection space.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on product development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Experience in engaging with customers to gather requirements and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical trade-offs for maximum impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI or machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with industrial inspection processes.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
