Product Designer - FinTech Focus (Remote)

About the Role

ANNA Money is looking for a Product Designer to join their remote team in the United Kingdom. As a Product Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and design of our innovative financial products. This is an exciting opportunity to own a product area end-to-end, from problem definition through design to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own a product area end-to-end, from problem definition through design to delivery.
• Work with Figma and component-based design systems to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Extend and enhance an existing design system rather than designing everything from scratch.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
• Be involved in product decisions such as prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder management.
• Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, v0, Bolt) in your design or prototyping workflow.
• Utilize AI tools to build prototypes, explore ideas, or speed up your workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive product vision.

Requirements

• Experience in product design, particularly within fintech, tax, compliance products, or fast-moving startups.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Full working rights within the UK are required; sponsorship is not available.
