Senior Automated Testing Engineer - Remote Full Stack Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Automated Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Automated Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in reviewing production-grade code and evaluating AI outputs across various programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, and C++. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in India.

What You'll Do

• Conduct code quality assessments by reviewing AI-generated full stack code for production readiness.
• Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and adherence to real-world engineering standards.
• Rank solutions across multiple programming languages to ensure the best practices are followed.
• Create and answer questions on software engineering best practices while documenting debugging strategies and version control workflows.
• Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices to enhance team performance.
• Analyze code quality across full stack development scenarios and evaluate Git workflows, including branching and merging strategies.
• Generate training data for advanced coding AI capabilities to improve our systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or C++.
• Demonstrated experience in building and shipping production software.
• Strong knowledge of Git, particularly branching, merging, and collaboration.
• Excellent technical communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in backend engineering and server-side scaling.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks such as PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Experience in technical specification and API contract authoring.
• Proven ability in code review, complex debugging, and large codebase analysis.
• Startup founding or early employee experience is a plus.
