About the Role

Bloomreach is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our innovative team. This Procurement Manager remote role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while ensuring our procurement processes are efficient and effective. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our global procurement operations, ensuring that Bloomreachers have access to the resources they need when they need them.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a seamless and competitive procurement experience by supporting the global intake lifecycle.
• Drive operational velocity by maintaining best-in-class turnaround times (TAT) for procurement requests.
• Act as the European anchor for our “follow-the-sun” support model, ensuring proactive partnership and seamless global coverage.
• Lead high-impact negotiations for global contracts, securing favorable terms that mitigate risk.
• Manage and maintain our core suite of procurement tools, including ZIP, Vendr, Spendhound, and DocuSign.
• Utilize automation tools like Zapier and N8N to streamline procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the company’s risk appetite for various spend categories.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of internal data to identify consolidation potential and present insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or N8N.
• Strong interest in using LLMs (Claude, Gemini) to solve procurement challenges.
• Experience negotiating SaaS and professional services contracts in a global environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
