Principal UX Researcher - Remote Role at Immersive Labs

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal UX Researcher to join our team at Immersive Labs. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of our flagship product, Immersive One. As a Principal UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in defining the future of our platform and ensuring we continue to delight our users.

What You'll Do

• Drive the research strategy for the Immersive One platform, unifying products, personas, and complex workflows.
• Conduct mixed-method research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather insights that inform product decisions.
• Transform qualitative and quantitative data into compelling narratives that influence roadmaps and investment decisions.
• Bridge the gap between research vision and execution, translating multi-quarter plans into actionable outcomes.
• Architect research frameworks and playbooks to enhance research effectiveness and organizational maturity.
• Establish a repeatable learning engine for insights, prioritization, and synthesis rituals.
• Coach designers and product managers on lightweight research techniques and evidence-based decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading UX research in B2B SaaS or complex product environments.
• Strong leadership in research, with a mastery of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Ability to influence product strategy at an architectural level.
• Experience in building scalable research infrastructure and frameworks.
• Fluency in measurement frameworks, including sentiment and behavioral analytics.

• Experience in a multi-product or platform ecosystem.
• Strong storytelling skills to synthesize complex insights into engaging narratives.
