About the Role

Mindrift is seeking a talented Freelance Brand Designer to join our innovative team and contribute to the Tendem project. This part-time remote opportunity is perfect for creative professionals looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos and comprehensive visual identities.
• Create and organize variations of core brand elements, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines.
• Act as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials.
• Build scalable visual systems that meet modern design standards.
• Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is a plus.
• Expertise in building foundational brand assets, including logos and typography systems.
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proven ability to translate brand DNA across varied formats.
• Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
