Principal/​Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a significant impact. You will play a key role in supporting our subcontractors' program security team while ensuring compliance with federal security regulations.

What You'll Do

• Support the Subcontractors Program Security team and develop and administer DD254.
• Handle procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations for subcontractors and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.
• Develop and administer physical security programs and procedures for classified materials.
• Conduct security education classes and audits to ensure compliance.
• Act as a CSSO in accordance with DoDM 5205.07.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 9 years of related experience; OR 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with government manuals (32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DODM 5205.07, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
• CSSO experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading security teams from subcontractors and offsite.
• Current Top-Secret clearance.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Security experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supply Chain Security Experience.
