Principal Solutions Architect - AI-Driven Global Infrastructure

About the Role

Next Match AI LLC is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal as we build and scale our AI-driven recruitment and identity verification infrastructure globally. As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will design high-availability systems that synchronize our matching engines across North America and the Middle East, ensuring sub-second latency for enterprise-level talent fulfillment.

What You'll Do

• Architect and oversee the deployment of global, multi-region cloud infrastructures capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
• Apply complex fulfillment logic to our recruitment matching engine, optimizing the supply chain of global human capital.
• Direct the transition from traditional microservices to event-driven, serverless architectures that prioritize cost-efficiency and speed.
• Lead the integration of our Digital ID Check portals into global enterprise ecosystems, maintaining Zero-Trust standards.
• Bridge the gap between our high-level product vision and the granular execution required for 99.99% uptime.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating large-scale, distributed systems for global cloud or retail technology firms.
• Deep expertise in Java, Go, or C++, combined with advanced mastery of AWS/Azure services (specifically DynamoDB, Kinesis, or SQS).
• Proven track record of solving hard problems in distributed computing, including data consistency, high availability, and massive-scale data migration.
• Comfortable working in an environment where scale is the primary challenge and customer obsession is the primary driver.
