Principal Product Manager - Repairer Experience (Remote)
About the Role
We're hiring a Principal Product Manager for Repairer Experience to join our innovative team at Partly. This remote role focuses on enhancing the experience of repairers across our platform, ensuring they have the best tools and processes at their disposal. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of repair workflows, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve user satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product experience for repairers, focusing on the Repair App and Mobile App.
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Continuously assess and improve Product-Market Fit across global markets.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including packaging and positioning of the product.
- Maintain direct contact with repairers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prototype new product iterations using AI-assisted development tools.
- Design and instrument feedback loops to learn from both system and user behavior.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leads to balance discovery and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically in B2B software.
- Strong customer obsession with a track record of user engagement.
- Experience with API-first or integration-dependent products.
- Ability to build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted tools.
- Excellent analytical skills to define metrics and read data effectively.
- Strong judgment in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in automotive, insurance, or repair industries.
- Experience scaling products across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with mobile-first user contexts.
