Medical Provision and Benefits Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Provision and Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will play a vital part in the healthcare insurance sector, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our medical professionals' data and benefits standards. As a Medical Provision and Benefits Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance data analytics and administrative processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of medical providers and update benefits standards.
• Import data from various external sources, including .xls, .csv files, and SQL databases.
• Review and validate information to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reports using office tools for data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve data analytics and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in similar administrative management roles, preferably in the insurance or healthcare sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive organization skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of medical nomenclature.
• Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) and data management tools (Tableau, Power BI).
