Account Executive - APAC Sales (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Account Executive - APAC Sales (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Remote. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving net new business across the APAC region, helping prospective and existing customers fully experience our Global HR Platform. As an Account Executive, you will navigate the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, making a significant impact on our growth and success.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas specifically for net new logos.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close as a hunter.
  • Identify new business opportunities and push through the sales motion and cycle.
  • Present Remote’s suite of services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Own the customer relationship and complete the cycle from sale to business completion.
  • Self-generate leads by contacting prospective customers through various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Experience selling into Australia, New Zealand, and Japan is essential.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business fluency in English.
  • Proficient in using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
  • Previous sales hunting or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Remote’s services and its position in the industry.

  • Experience in additional APAC markets.
  • Strong operational and sales playbooks to push deals through the sales cycle.
  • Ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections.
