Personal Trainer - Remote Fitness Coaching

About the Role

At Duin, we are seeking passionate Personal Trainers to join our team and provide remote fitness coaching. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and executing personalized training plans for our clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals safely and effectively. What You'll Do

• Evaluate clients' fitness levels and set realistic goals.
• Design individualized training plans based on clients' needs and objectives.
• Supervise and correct technique during training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and follow-up.
• Ensure proper use of facility equipment.
• Conduct periodic fitness assessments and adjust plans according to client progress.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the training area.
• Encourage client retention through excellent service and tangible results.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Personal Trainer (NSCA, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a personal trainer, preferably in sports facilities or gyms.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and training techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to motivate and work with clients of varying fitness levels.
• Flexibility to work different hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other trainers and facility staff.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading group classes.
• Knowledge in sports nutrition.
• First aid certification.
