Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to support the continued growth of our Marketing team. This Performance Marketing Specialist remote position will be responsible for assisting in the optimization and growth of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, display, and SEM.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals for marketing efforts.
• Monitor and manage the progress of marketing assets throughout the development cycle.
• Set up campaigns in paid marketing channels and track results of digital marketing efforts.
• Gather performance insights and generate regular reporting to inform strategy.
• Recommend refinements and optimizations to future marketing strategies.
• Support other Performance Marketing Strategists in day-to-day organization and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with paid search is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly shift priorities.
• Experience with marketing project management and automation tools is a plus.
