About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Own performance and optimization for one or more paid marketing channels, improving cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns focused on acquiring and engaging independent financial advisors.
  • Design and run structured experiments across targeting, creative, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with Revenue and Growth Operations to align on lead quality definitions, funnel metrics, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance across the advisor lifecycle and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to test compliant messaging that meets regulatory and brand standards.
  • Maintain department-level reporting, identify performance trends, and recommend areas for budget or strategy adjustments.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and finance operations related to paid performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with ownership of measurable pipeline or revenue goals.
  • Experience activating and managing campaigns within a marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
  • Experience managing paid channels such as search, paid social, programmatic, or lead generation partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward funnel and pipeline outcomes.
  • Ability to operate in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B or financial services marketing.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and advisor-focused growth models.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing attribution tools.
  • Experience using analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Superset, or Jira.
  • Securities exams preferred, but not required.
