Head of Regional Growth - UAE/​MENA (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Regional Growth – UAE/MENA (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Kraken. As a fully remote company, we are dedicated to accelerating the global adoption of crypto, and we need a visionary leader to drive our growth in the UAE and MENA regions. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and expanding our client base.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance Kraken's market share in the UAE and MENA regions.
• Grow new user acquisition and improve customer lifecycle performance, including onboarding and trading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize global campaigns and tailor them to regional audiences.
• Lead initiatives that differentiate Kraken’s brand and persuade potential customers to choose our services.
• Engage in hands-on activities such as content production, event planning, and managing local social media.
• Measure growth performance using analytics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
• Oversee broader MENA growth initiatives while focusing on UAE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a growth role with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
• Deep understanding of the UAE's competitive landscape in crypto and financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of crypto products, revenue models, and local marketing channels.
• Experience in regulated businesses, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to support ideas with logic and data.
• Established local network within the crypto ecosystem and financial institutions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with equities, yield products, and payments.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and attribution modeling.
