We're hiring a Mid-Level Account Manager to join Anima, a pioneering company in HealthTech. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver precision medicine to anyone, anywhere, in under 24 hours. What You'll Do

  • Manage a defined book of GP practices, identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across all Anima product lines.
  • Run the full sales cycle within your accounts, from discovery and commercial framing through negotiation to close.
  • Deliver real, tangible value that grows Anima’s impact, focusing on expansion ARR closed as your north star metric.
  • Build compelling business cases that tie product value to practice-level outcomes, leveraging your strong commercial acumen.
  • Work closely with a mission-driven team, contributing to one of the most important parts of the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of revenue closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of consistently hitting quota.
  • Experience running a full sales cycle within an existing customer base, demonstrating strong pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to thrive on revenue targets and relentlessly pursue expansion across a large book of accounts.
  • Strong communication skills to build champion relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and competitive displacement of incumbents.

  • Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in business.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
