As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver precision medicine to anyone, anywhere, in under 24 hours. What You'll Do
- Manage a defined book of GP practices, identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across all Anima product lines.
- Run the full sales cycle within your accounts, from discovery and commercial framing through negotiation to close.
- Deliver real, tangible value that grows Anima’s impact, focusing on expansion ARR closed as your north star metric.
- Build compelling business cases that tie product value to practice-level outcomes, leveraging your strong commercial acumen.
- Work closely with a mission-driven team, contributing to one of the most important parts of the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of revenue closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of consistently hitting quota.
- Experience running a full sales cycle within an existing customer base, demonstrating strong pipeline management skills.
- Ability to thrive on revenue targets and relentlessly pursue expansion across a large book of accounts.
- Strong communication skills to build champion relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and competitive displacement of incumbents.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in business.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
