Campaign Manager - Remote Influencer Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Kyra. As a Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our influencer marketing initiatives for large brands. This position is not just about managing campaigns; it’s about creating structured programs that deliver real business outcomes. You will leverage data and AI to enhance creator selection and performance forecasting, ensuring that our campaigns are effective and impactful.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Management: Take ownership of day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and creative standards.
• Client Service: Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and by exceeding their expectations.
• Creator Collaboration: Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Reporting & Optimization: Track campaign performance using Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluent in German with 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident communicator capable of managing stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the creator economy and familiarity with emerging cultural trends.
