About the Role

Huntress is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for driving our mission to enhance cybersecurity for all businesses, not just the elite few. As a Sales Development Manager, you'll lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the EMEA region, ensuring they have the support and training needed to succeed. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales strategy and contribute to our continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Sales Development team, providing ongoing coaching on lead generation and cold calling best practices.
• Ensure SDRs meet their KPI targets through effective management and support.
• Maintain quality assurance processes and provide input for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize tools and databases for maximum efficiency.
• Handle escalated calls and provide real-time support for SDR questions.
• Report on team performance to upper management and other departments as needed.
• Drive initiatives to improve department efficiency and lead special projects.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for the SDR team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leading a Sales Development team or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze performance statistics.
• A genuine passion for helping SDRs and partners succeed.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and thoughtfulness.
• Coachable and eager for continuous improvement.
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
