Performance Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Booksy, where you will play a crucial role in driving global customer acquisition for both our B2B and B2C segments. This remote Performance Marketing Manager position reports to the Head of Digital Acquisition within our Global Marketing team. Your mission will be to blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to launch effective campaigns, build multichannel programs, and optimize funnels that fuel our product-led growth.

What You'll Do

• Manage paid acquisition programs across various digital channels, including SEM and paid social platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Own a quarterly roadmap that prioritizes new initiatives like audience segmentation, creative optimization, and new channel testing.
• Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and CTR across channels and campaigns.
• Oversee reporting, pacing, and forecasting to ensure that spend drives efficient, scalable growth while identifying insights and trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Web, Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure that briefs, ad copy, visuals, and landing page messaging are optimized for driving acquisition.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in SEM and paid social.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Looker, AppsFlyer, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong instincts for landing page and ad copy, with a bias toward thoughtful, opinionated testing.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to structuring tests, reviewing data, and QAing ad copy.
