People Operations Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at Quorum, a leading software company based in Washington, D.C. This role is critical in supporting our People Team in Brazil, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws. As a People Operations Analyst remote, you will play a vital role in enhancing the employee experience and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily HR operations across the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, and benefits.
• Support payroll management and ensure accurate team member data in HR systems.
• Handle HR inquiries and operational requests, collaborating with internal teams and escalating when necessary.
• Assist with audits, payroll coordination, vendor management, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate globally in recruitment, training, internal communications, events, and other projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and experience with HR systems.
