People and Culture Administrator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated People and Culture Administrator to join our team at Touchstone. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our mission of enhancing mental health and wellbeing across Yorkshire. As a People and Culture Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring our team is empowered and engaged.
What You'll Do
- Assist in HR administrative tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare annual monitoring statistical reports to support organizational effectiveness.
- Manage content for our internal Intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Facilitate and minute committee and HR meetings, providing essential support to managers.
- Undertake general administration duties, including reception tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing practices.
- Experience in a charity or non-profit environment.
- Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
