About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team at Jutro Medical. As a Patient Registration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of service from the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient care in the clinic, including verifying identities and directing patients to appropriate offices.
• Assist patients with registration and inform them about Jutro Medical's offerings, both in-person and via phone.
• Collect and register medical documentation, patient authorizations, and epidemiological surveys.
• Oversee the internal and external correspondence flow, ensuring timely communication.
• Coordinate office and medical supply requests, maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Supervise cash reports and ensure quality service delivery while coordinating the team.
• Participate in creating schedules, organizing urgent replacements, and onboarding new staff.
• Support the team in challenging situations with patients, ensuring a positive experience.
