Part-Time Remote Graphic Designer - International Creative

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Part-Time Remote Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Activate Talent. In this role, you will design and execute international creative projects across various platforms while maintaining brand consistency. What You'll Do

• Design and execute international creative across retail, OOH, digital, and brand collateral.
• Translate existing brand campaigns into localized retail artwork, ensuring layouts remain elevated and on-brand across all markets.
• Create visual merchandising assets for retail in international markets, including gondolas, in-store window placements, and fixtures.
• Design brand collateral such as event merchandise, signage, and other experiential materials.
• Develop out-of-home creative for global markets, including wild postings, billboards, and subway wraps.
• Design e-commerce assets, including homepage banners, promotional graphics, and campaign materials.
• Edit and adapt video content for retail placements, paid social, and digital channels.
• Maintain brand integrity across every touchpoint while navigating language expansion and format constraints.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and International teams to ensure creative consistency and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, or a design-led brand.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong typography skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
• Understanding of user experience design principles.
